This interview is with Jim Fischer and Jenny Mosbacher of Fossil and Fawn. In this interview, the couple discuss how they found wine, their various experiences in the industry, and their perspectives on Oregon Wine. They go on to reflect on the future of their business, how the Oregon Wine Industry has changed, and where they see it heading in the future.
