This interview is with Carl Giavanti, owner of Carl Giavanti Consulting. During this interview, Carl talks about his roundabout way of entering the wine industry and how he gained clients in the Willamette Valley. He discusses the challenges of publicizing small, family-owned wineries in Oregon and the future of the industry.
